Active Medical Supplies would like to provide you an URGENT update regarding our response to the COVID-19 outbreak.
With the supply of medical equipment classed as an essential service we are putting in place necessary measures that will allow us to continue providing equipment trials and ongoing support to all of our valued customers.
As of Monday 2nd August, the below measures will be implemented. These actions will allow us to minimise the risk to your safety, your clients safety and to the safety of our team members.

Trial options include:

  • WE CAN OFFER contactless in home trials with Rep support. What does this mean?
    • It means our rep would complete a contactless delivery of any of our normal items.
    • Our rep would then be available outside the home via phone or video to provide virtual support for technical information as well as any functionality questions you or your customers may have.
    • Upon completion of the trial our Rep would re-enter the home to collect all relevant items.
  • WE CAN OFFER Video conference trials for you and your customer, taken from our showroom with any/all of the equipment you were wanting to trial.
    • This option will provide an opportunity for you and your clients to;
      • View the full functionality of an item,
      • Ask about specific functions related to your client’s needs,
      • And discuss any technical questions you may have.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • For our contactless in home trials, and for our showroom based trials you must be able to;
    • Complete and satisfy the requirements of our COVID-19 screening
    • Adhere to the below social distancing practices
      • 2m minimum distance being kept
      • 4 sq metre per person per room
